What Bondie is, and what it does with your child's photos.

What the app does

Bondie sends a photo to a small list of people your child has accepted as friends, and shows the newest one on those friends' home screens. There is no public feed, no recommendations, and no way for a stranger to see anything your child has sent. Anyone who has your child's invite link, or guesses their username, can see their display name and photo. People who have your child's phone number or email address in their contacts, and who choose to look for friends there, are shown their name and photo as a suggestion, unless your child turns off Findable by contacts in Settings.

Who can see a photo

Only the friends chosen when it was sent. A friendship needs both people to agree: following an invite link raises a request the other person has to accept. Removing a friend stops all future delivery in both directions.

Reporting and blocking

Report: open a moment, tap the menu, and choose Report. The photo is hidden from your child immediately, and the report is stored for our team to review.

Block: Settings → Blocked accounts, or block from the friends screen. A blocked person cannot send to your child, cannot ask to connect again, and disappears from their friends list.

Remove a friend: the friends screen, on any row.

Age

Bondie is not for children under 13, and accounts we find to be under that age are removed. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, email support@bondieapp.com and we will delete it and the data attached to it.

What we store

Photos and videos, the account name and email address the sign-in provider gave us, who is friends with whom, and the notification token that lets us wake the app. There is no advertising, and nothing is sold. The privacy policy lists it in full.

Deleting everything

Deleting removes the account and everything it owns.

In the app: Open Bondie, tap your photo at the right end of the bottom bar to open your profile, tap the three dots at the top right of your profile, choose Settings, then scroll down to Danger zone and tap Delete account. You will be asked to confirm twice. Deletion happens immediately.

If the app is already uninstalled: Email support@bondieapp.com from the address you signed in with, asking us to delete your Bondie account. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply.
