Bondie is operated by Gap Linker Technologies Inc. Using the app means you accept what is written here. It is short on purpose.
You must be 13 or over. Bondie is not directed at children under 13. One person, one account.
You keep every right to what you send. You give us only the permission we need to run the product: to store your photo and deliver it to the people you chose. We do not sell it, show it to anyone you did not send it to, or use it to train anything.
Photos, comments, messages, conversations and friend requests can each be reported from inside the app. Reports are stored for our team to review, and we do not publish a response time. We can remove content that breaks these rules and end the accounts responsible.
You can delete your account, and everything you have sent, from inside the app or by following these steps. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.
Bondie Plus is an optional subscription, offered monthly or yearly. The price and billing period shown in the app before you subscribe are the ones that apply, in your local currency. Payment is taken by Apple or Google through your store account, not by us.
A subscription renews automatically at the price shown, for the same period, until you cancel. You cancel in your App Store or Google Play account subscriptions settings, and Bondie Plus stays available until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting your Bondie account does not cancel a store subscription, so cancel it in the store first.
If the app offers a free trial, it shows how long the trial lasts and the price shown before you subscribe that is charged when the trial ends. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it becomes a paid subscription at that price.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms, because they take the payment. If you need help, write to us and we will point you to the right place.
Bondie is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and to deliver every photo, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
If these terms change materially we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
