Photo widget
Your photo,
on their home screen.
Send a photo straight to the home screen of the people you actually talk to. Not a feed, not a story that disappears. A small square on their phone showing whatever you last sent, until you send the next one.
Bondie is in open testing while the store listings go live, so this opens the test track.
Bondie lives on a phone's home screen. Open bondieapp.com on your iPhone or Android to install it.
The widget is two squares wide. It shows the newest photo you were sent.
How it works
Three taps on your side, nothing at all on theirs.
-
01
Take a photo
Open Bondie and shoot. There is no filter to choose and no caption you have to write.
-
02
Choose who sees it
Everyone you have added, or one person. They approved you first, so nobody can send you anything you did not agree to.
-
03
It lands on their widget
A notification wakes the app and the widget redraws, usually before they have unlocked the phone. They tap it, and they are looking at your day.
Small on purpose
Bondie is for the handful of people you would actually call. Couples in different cities, families across time zones, parents working overseas.
- No feedNothing to scroll, and nothing to catch up on.
- No followersNo counts, no ranking, nothing to perform for.
- Only people you agree toYour name and photo appear on your invite page, and people in your contacts who use Bondie can be suggested to each other unless you turn off Findable by contacts. Both people have to agree before anything is shared.
- No audienceA photo is visible only to the people you sent it to, and you can remove it.
